Bright Line Outbound is a scheduling and marketing service for independent North Carolina commercial insurance agencies, not an insurance agency or producer. We bring together public-record renewal timing, calls to business owners, and follow-through.

An approaching workers’ comp renewal gives an owner a reason to make time for a review.
Bright Line uses NC Industrial Commission records to find that timing, calls owners 90–150 days ahead of renewal, and arranges meetings on the agency’s calendar. When the answer is “not now,” we call back closer to renewal.
We focus on finding the accounts and booking the meetings. We never discuss coverage, prices, carriers or policy terms; your agency’s licensed producer runs the review.
